Dr. Maged Kerolos
Everything about this pet hospital is perfect, The assistants and hospital manager are kind, patient, and explain everything. We were the only ones there at our appointment time, and even though we ended up waiting because they were doing an emergency surgery, assistants kept us posted and were very considerate. Dr. K. is amazing. I have never before been to a vet who could handle my aggressive-when-terrified kitty, and he did so easily and with kindness. His diagnosis was spot on, and we were very relieved to hear that our kitty could be treated. The prices were very fair and affordable. Not only will Trinity be my new vet, but I've already referred three people to them! You will too!

We took our first pup here to get him neutered. It used to be called "Affordable Spay and Neuter" and that was all they did. As soon as we found out that they were offering full veterinary service we were thrilled. We got Moose's rabies shot there, and after we brought him home, we found out that he had a reaction--his entire face had swelled up and he looked like a miniature pug instead of our sweet chihuahua boy! Well, I was panicking, but James called Trinity back and they stayed open to let us bring him in. They gave him doggy benadryl and a saline drip, and he didn't even have to wait in a cage--the vet's daughter was there and held him on her lap and petted him the entire time he was recuperating.
We've also had to take Moose there for two different tooth extractions--front teeth and one back tooth. It was extremely affordable, and includes a full dental cleaning and the anesthetic. One time, I took Moose in as an emergency, and even though they don't generally allow pets to stay overnight, since I was coming from SD, they allowed me to leave him overnight, saying they'd do the surgery first thing in the morning. On my way home, I got a call that they'd already DONE the surgery that night and I could pick Moose up first thing in the morning!! They made my life so easy, and cared for my puppy so much--he gets spoiled by everyone when he's there. The vet assistants are great, the vet is caring and listens and explains everything and the price is right for a couple just married and half in school, half out. Even though we're in San Diego now, we still take both our puppies up there for the extraordinary veterinary service and the caring people. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They truly care about the animals and love their jobs. Thank God for people like this in the veterinary world.
I took my cat here to get neutered and have an umbilical hernia repaired, and it was very affordable, and had no issues. A year later (a couple weeks ago) he couldn't go to the bathroom. I took him in, and Dr. K right away diagnosed him with cystitis, and took him into surgery. The next day he wasn't doing as well as they liked, so they kept him to watch him. They explained everything well, and have been really great every time i call in with questions (I'm overly cautious with him now, so i keep calling about every little thing). They didn't charge me fees for keeping him for a weekend, or when i brought him in to have them make sure his incision is healing well. After everytime i call, they call the next day to make sure he's doing ok and that I don't have any concerns. They were very comforting to me, and took great care of my cat.
